Urban Transformers (2025)
The zine looks at temporary structures in People's Park, Chinatown - one of the oldest public parks in Singapore. Diving into the rich historical context of the park, area is framed as an urban living room. Offering a sense of freedom & agency, these spaces naturally support creativity to happen in the city. Looking into the latter, the zine captures various DIY strategies used to create such temporary structures, and the importance of these structures as social spaces.
